CPS / CMS is a mandate capable software, tm. it can administrate numerous databases. To you it means highest possible flexibility because you can i.e. divide between customer, co-worker and visitor data’s. The CPS / CMS software is based on a standard Microsoft access data base, where a qualified search with the prior described search methods can be made – without to have to be a system technician.

Further a real  SQL-database-interface is integrated in the CPS / CMS software, which can be used either with only word data or simply flexible over the search function top. There are optional tools for development and operating of further data bases (clients) and for archiving.

 

Because a  (identification) card can be looked at as a document, it is important that the process of the card production is comprehensible. Based on this necessity each data base comprises 30 system data bases which give information who (which user) what and when (at what time) did.
